I would like to express my interest in joining your cabin crew. My professional journey has taken different directions, but one purpose has remained constant: caring for people, staying composed under pressure, and making every interaction feel thoughtful and dependable.

I hold a Tourism diploma from the University of Murcia and completed an Erasmus exchange in Bergamo, Italy. Having lived and worked across Spain, Italy, and Portugal, I am comfortable in multicultural environments. I speak native Spanish, advanced English and Italian, and bring over sixteen years of professional experience, including extensive customer-facing and team responsibilities.

Aviation has been a long-standing ambition supported by practical preparation. I previously completed Cabin Crew (TCP) training at ESATUR, including aircraft simulator practice in Mallorca and an assessment with instructors. That experience introduced me to the importance of safety, teamwork, clear procedures, and passenger care. I am fully willing to complete the training and qualification process required by your airline.

From international client operations to customer success and retail leadership, I have developed active listening, cultural awareness, sound judgement, and the ability to resolve difficult situations without losing my sense of empathy. I would be proud to apply those skills in an environment where crew coordination and passenger safety come first.
